Self Help

At the core of our operation is a weekly self help support group, which is open to new members throughout the year. This is a chance to share with others a solution focused approach and to plan future collective activities.

Management Committee

We also have a project committee, where members can play an active role in the management of the organisation. There are the usual officer positions of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer that are elected from nominations at our Annual General Meeting. There are also elected members and co-opted members that can share in the work of the organisation.

If you are not sure about what is entailed but would like to get involved then don't worry, we offer training in the roles and expectations of committee membership leading to a full understanding of charitable responsibilities. Training is both informative and enjoyable and will be run periodically throughout the year for groups of new members.
